Meet the Founder
Ashley Monroe
Ashley Monroe started Palm Beach Paws Mobile in 2018 after 10 years grooming at Palm Beach's top boutique salons. She built the business around one principle: your dog deserves the same calm, personalized attention they'd get in a world-class spa — without the car ride, the kennel cough waiting room, or the five-hour drop-off window. Today her team of certified groomers serves over 1,800 clients across Palm Beach County.

Fear Free Grooming isn't a certification — it's how we approach every session. Slow movement, quiet voices, and no rushing.
Your dog, our only focus
We never have more than one dog in the van. Your dog gets 100% of our attention, not a spot in a queue.
Discretion matters
Our van is clean, white, and understated. We fit in at estate driveways and condo complexes alike.
Transparency always
If your dog needs a vet visit instead of a groom, we'll tell you. We'd rather lose a session than miss something important.

How we got here
Ashley Monroe founds Palm Beach Paws Mobile in West Palm Beach with a single van.
Earned NDGAA certification and Fear Free Grooming credential.
Expanded to a second van to meet demand during a surge in pet ownership.
Reached 500 regular monthly clients. Added Senior Pet Care Specialist training.
Added the fourth team member. Expanded coverage to all 15 towns in our service area.
Passed 1,800 lifetime grooms. Launched referral program — now 60% of new clients come from existing clients.
